Decent room, convenient location, as we had a comfortable stay with easy access to the train station located just across the road and enjoyed the complimentary toiletries provided in the well-sized shower room.

I had lovely time.
It was in a central setting in the Beckenham area. Didn't like when it was cold outside, went to Beluga Fish and Chips to relax and grab some food. The bed was good and there were an ironing set, a work desk and television.

I was kinda surprised by the cozy and clean room that exceeded my expectations. The proximity to beautiful parks like Crystal Palace Park and lovely cafes just a few steps away added so much joy to our weekend strolls around the area.

Had an amazin location, super easy to get to london by train. The room was really nice n comfy with good space n a pretty cool bathroom. The english breakfast was buffet style, very convenient for dinner too at decent prices. Also loved having tea n coffee in the room, that was a nice touch!
The window wouldn't close all the way and it was a bit drafty. The shower pressure was kinda weak and it sprayed everywhere!
